James was drafted by the Kansas City Royals in 1995 after a standout collegiate career at Florida Southern College, where he played a pivotal role on the 1995 NCAA Division II National Championship baseball team. After his professional baseball career, he then spent three years coaching at Polk C.C., sharpening his skills in leadership and mentorship.

James successfully transitioned into the beverage world by applying the discipline, teamwork, and competitive spirit honed from his athletic background. His passion for excellence and strategic thinking continues to shape his professional success and personal values.

He currently lives in Lakeland, Florida, with his wife, Holly, and their daughter, Madalyn, remaining devoted to his family, career, and lifelong pursuit of growth.
